A Spanish Day and Argentine nights is a story by Jan Terlouw dealing with the power of love. As a source of inspiration he used two compositions in both of which the theme is a cycle: Las Cuatro Estaciones Portenas by Astor Piazzolla and Circulo by Joaquin Turina. The year with its four seasons and the day with its morning, afternoon and evening.
